Architecture – We offer a full range of architectural services and diverse range of expertise from master planning through to technical detailing and full project management. We carefully study the brief from the outset and consider factors such as sustainability, future flexibility and robust detailing all in line with available budget to achieve best value for money. We ensure these are integrated within our design to help our clients to meet their stakeholder's aspirations and reduce environmental impact.

Principal Designer Building Safety Act - We regularly and successfully undertake the roles of Principal Designer, Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act, and CDM Advisor. This expertise ensures we deliver comprehensive safety oversight throughout the design and construction phases, prioritising regulatory compliance, risk management, and client satisfaction.

Building Surveying - Our skilled Building Surveying team specialises in the development, restoration, and upkeep of existing buildings, with expertise in conserving historic and listed structures. We successfully deliver projects of all sizes, and the nature of our work ranges from project delivery, building consultancy, strategic planning and funding support.

Health & Safety - Our Chartered Health & Safety Consultants have a proven track record of supporting and advising clients to raise Health and Safety standards, whilst enabling them to continue their day-to-day operations. Services include Management Audits and Gap Analysis, Competent Person Service, CPD-accredited training courses, Fire Risk Assessments and more.

We have been appointed to deliver the construction of a new single storey multi-functional sports hall providing state-of-the-art space for sport, physical education, teaching space and community activities which also includes toilet facilities and changing rooms. The building will be an extension to the school building with a newly built entrance foyer/access link and built on the existing outdoor hard play area. The building will comprise of a steel structure, external rainscreen cladding, single ply roof with new landscaping including access pathways and soft landscape areas and an external ground level air source heat pump enclosure.

We were appointed to undertake extensive internal refurbishments at Eastern Fire Station, including electrical rewiring, heating and distribution system replacements, and external improvements to modernise the facility. To ensure uninterrupted operations during the renovations, the fire service was temporarily relocated to a TA centre one mile away. After evaluating options, we determined that this relocation would best minimise disruptions. Our work included comprehensive M&E alterations, integrating new technologies such as blue light systems, Tanoy systems, CCTV, and interfacing with the existing Systel systems.

Additionally, we have been appointed to provide architectural services for a new on-call fire station, 4 storey fire training building, fire appliance workshop, and fire appliance storage facilities in Billesdon. The proposed project comprises removal of the existing structures and hardstanding and replacing with a high-quality series of new buildings / zones.

We were appointed by Bradgate Education Partnership to undertake a full roof replacement at Cobden Primary School, a Victorian-style building with dual-pitched slate roofs. The original slate coverings were in poor condition, with slumped insulation in the roof voids contributing to significant heat loss. Signs of water ingress across multiple areas confirmed the roof had reached end of life. We secured CIF funding and managed the works through to completion. The existing slates were removed down to the rafters and a new roofing system was installed with reconstituted slates and upgraded insulation.
