We are proud to support and continually contribute to some of the region’s largest and most significant construction developments and helping to shape the future of the East Midlands’ built environment.

Unique designed, supplied, and installed curtain walling and commercial doors for the redevelopment from Senior Architectural Systems, as well as Boon Edam revolving doors.

Unique also supplied SSG for the project, providing enhanced thermal and acoustic performance, combined with curved glazing and eye-catching perforated panels to create a stunning aesthetic to the refurbishment.

Unique Window Systems secured a prestigious contract to design, supply and install our Tufacade curtain walling system as part of a large-scale refurbishment of Great Central Railway Station in Leicester, now host to Lane 7, which includes seven incredible bars, five street food vendors and 11 bowling lanes.

The Brookfield Campus redevelopment at the University of Leicester includes a full suite of aluminium fenestration products from UWS, including windows, doors, and curtain walling.

Previously split across a series of buildings, the redevelopment enables the University’s School of Business to be based on one site: creating an outstanding environment for students, staff, and visitors. Up to 750 students will use the new business school, as well as 210 members of staff.

Converted from a former hosiery mill, which once supplied to the royal family, The Mill houses luxury apartments as part of an exciting waterside village development that has become a new community gateway hub into Loughborough.
