Our in house Estimating, Design, Manufacturing, Project Managing and Installation capabilities help provide a streamlined service to all our commercial customers. This in turn helps to achieve realistic leading in periods to facilitate most types of projects. We work closely with our clients to ensure the best value solution of the delivery of fenestration for all projects from Estimating to final installation.

Not limited to partnering with quality branded Aluminium System suppliers; Unique have also developed in house our own curtain walling system and bi folding door system. Unique also have an extensive portfolio of products registered in accordance with the requirements of Secured by Design in both Aluminium and PVCu, accredited with BBA and BM Trada to PAS 24 standards.

Fenestration Projects from around £50,000 to over £3Million can be managed and facilitated from our fully equipped premises in Leicester.
