Charles Street Buildings is a commercial property developer and investor which has been based in Leicester since the 1950s. It is one of the largest privately owned commercial property companies in the UK with a significant portfolio of properties in the office, retail, industrial and warehousing sectors many of which are located in Leicester and Leicestershire although its interests are nationwide. CSB retains its developments and has current projects in Leicester, Leeds, Bardon and Exeter and remains interested in acquisitions in and around major regional centres. CSB has a long term investment policy and seeks to develop long term relationships with its customers.
