Further Information

Space Park Leicester is a regenerative use of publicly owned disused brownfield land which promotes economic growth in association with neighbouring development which contributes positively to society and the climate change emergency.

The University committed to Space Park Leicester’s Phase One without certainty that later phases would follow. But Phase Two was realised quickly, justifying the initiative and creating a sense of place to attract companies and researchers and act as a regeneration pump-primer.

Local firms have the opportunity to locate their business on a short- or long-term basis at Space Park Leicester.
