An Award for the team that have pulled off the best property deal in Leicestershire and Rutland. The deal must have been completed in the 18 months prior to 30th June 2022 and not have been previously submitted for a ProCon Award.
We are not necessarily looking for the biggest deal but a deal that stands out from the norm and has had or has the potential to have a huge impact in its making.
This deal was for a 15-year lease on a 90,000 sq ft facility for healthcare company EM Pharma.
This deal was for 16,752 sq ft of grade A office space at the Great Central Square development in Leicester.
The application will be judged by a panel of expert judges and a shortlist selected by the end of July.
The shortlisted projects will then be visited by the panel of judges on Monday 8th August 2022 in order to select three finalists.
The winner of the Property Deal of the Year Award will be decided by the panel of expert judges.
