An Award made to a developer or owner of a residential scheme located within the Leicestershire or Rutland boundaries which was judged by both a panel of experts and the ProCon membership.
Schemes must have achieved practical completion within the 18 months prior to 31st July 2013, and not have been previously submitted for a ProCon Award.
Small Residential is classed as 6 units or more.

Residential for the purpose of these Awards is classed as any scheme which is used for living purposes e.g. single dwelling, care home, housing development, apartments, student accommodation.
Properties can be new build, conversion or refurbishment.
The applications were judged by a panel of judges and three finalists decided upon.
The finalists’ entries were then presented to the ProCon membership who cast their votes for the winner.
