An Award made to a developer or owner of a non-residential scheme located within the Leicestershire or Rutland boundaries which will be judged by both a panel of experts and the ProCon membership.
Schemes must have achieved practical completion within the 18 months prior to 30th June 2016, and not have been previously submitted for a ProCon Award.
Large Non-Residential is classified as having a contract value in excess of £3million.

The £42m Centre for Medicine at the University of Leicester is the UK’s largest non-residential project built and certified to the Passivhaus ultra-low energy consumption standard.
Non-Residential for the purpose of these Awards includes commercial developments, educational establishments, retail, leisure, industrial and mixed use developments.
The application will be judged by a panel of expert judges and a shortlist selected by the end of July.
The shortlisted applicant will then be visited by the panel of judges on Thursday 18th August 2016.
Once finalists are decided the expert judges and the ProCon membership will vote for the winner of the Award.
