An Award made for an infrastructure project of any size or type completed in the 18 months prior to 30th June 2019. This can relate to transport, highways, civil and structural engineering projects, drainage schemes, public realm works and also materplanning.
Projects must be located in the boundaries of Leicestershire and Rutland and not have previously been entered for a ProCon Award.

The application will be judged by a panel of expert judges and a shortlist selected by the end of July.
The shortlisted projects will then be visited by the panel of judges on Tuesday 6th August 2019 in order to select three finalists.
The winner of the Infrastructure Project of the Year Award will be decided by the panel of expert judges.
