Chater Valley View is a development of three luxury homes on the edge of the Rutland village of North Luffenham.
Constructed with beautiful and local Lincolnshire limestone, each of the three new five bedroom homes are differentiated through design elements but are united in their use of the highest quality materials and craftsmanship.
Kaybee Developments envisaged the scheme as a sympathetic development of three impressive homes, each with their own individualities, that enhanced their setting.
The bespoke homes – one at 4,400 sq ft and two each of 3,500 sq ft – are orientated on the site of just over an acre so each can enjoy the countryside views of the Chater Valley.
The homes and the whole development were imagined as appealing to buyers seeking the highest quality of design and construction skills in their next homes. Two were sold before completion and the third very soon after.
Kaybee Developments led the project, blending its in-house capabilities in contracting, stonemasonry and engineering with external expertise from trusted professionals in architecture, interiors, landscaping and more.
