Commendation

Securing a position on the Willmott Dixon Management Trainee programme is a real achievement in itself. When I read his application CV I saw a star in the making, in reality he has been more than we could have ever expected. The Framework Manager role touches all parts of a customer’s project journey. Whilst Adam was doing his placements around the business, every department wanted to ‘keep him’. Adam truly stands out from the crowd due to his energy, enthusiasm, commitment and can-do attitude, all balanced with humility and approachability. Truly wise before his age.”
