The ProCon Leicestershire Awards are the county’s biggest celebration of the built environment and the people who develop, design and construct it.

Tremendously popular each year, the ProCon Awards ceremony is a sell-out showcase of the industry’s achievements. This years ceremony, the twentieth ProCon Awards, took place on Thursday 9 November 2023 at The King Power Stadium, Leicester.

There are several awards to compete for, covering schemes of various sizes and sectors, including residential and non-residential projects. There are also awards for regeneration, property deal and infrastructure.

The Awards

There are eight award categories to enter or nominate for. Together the categories encompass the full range of projects taking place across Leicestershire and Rutland.

The ProCon Awards showcase the best projects and developments in construction, property and the built environment in Leicestershire and Rutland.

Each Award category has differing criteria and is judged by a panel of expert judges. Any buildings/projects/developments must have reached practical completion in the 18 months prior to 30th June 2023 to qualify to apply.
