Tremendously popular each year, the ProCon Awards ceremony is a sell-out showcase of the industry’s achievements. This years ceremony, the eighteenth ProCon Awards, took place on Thursday 11 November 2021 at The King Power Stadium, Leicester.

There were several awards to compete for, covering schemes of various sizes and sectors, including residential and non-residential projects.

There were also awards for regeneration and infrastructure and a new Award for Property Deal of the Year.

The Awards

There are eight award categories which together showcase the best projects and developments in construction, property and built environment in Leicestershire and Rutland.

If you think your project could be a winner please send us your entry. The ProCon Awards showcase the best projects and developments in construction, property and the built environment in Leicestershire and Rutland.

Each Award category has differing criteria and is judged by a panel of expert judges. Any buildings/projects/developments must have reached practical completion in the 30 months prior to 30th June 2021 to qualify to apply.
