Vistry Group builds more homes in the UK than any other housebuilder. We develop places people love, with community comforts ranging from play parks and orchards to schools and allotments.

We build homes responsibly, for people at every stage of their lives, from first-time buyers, shared ownership and affordable homes to buy or rent, to life-long family homes, and retirement villages. We do this through our unique approach to building homes, by working with a range of partners, both public and private, who know what homes are needed most and where.

This strategy maximises the number of homes, including quality affordable homes, that we can build every year. And that’s why, this year, we are on track to complete 18,000 homes – around half of which will be affordable.

Utilising our retail brands of Bovis Homes, Linden Homes and Countryside Homes, we still sell open-market homes directly to customers, as we continue to deliver high quality homes and service.

We have two East Midlands business units based in Enderby and a Vistry Works timber factory in Narborough, along with a second and larger timber factory in Bardon.

Our South East Midlands business unit operates across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. We are currently working at 17 sites and have new sites coming forward at Earl Shilton, Sileby, Broadnook and Hinckley. We are always looking for opportunities to work with housing associations and Councils across the region to find the best solutions to housing problems.

Vistry Works is the manufacturing arm of the Vistry Group and is an instrumental part of the Group strategy. It allows us to deliver modern methods of construction at scale and build high quality new homes faster, more economically and in a more environmentally friendly way. Between the two Leicestershire factories, we manufacture open, closed and hybrid timber panels, along with floor cassettes and roof trusses.

The Vistry Innovation Centre is located within the Bardon factory. The VIC is a unique, sector-leading facility incorporating over 100 cutting-edge technologies and products that will be used to help meet the company’s net zero ambitions as well as the delivery of the Future Homes Standard coming into operation in 2025.

This year, we’ve taken concrete steps to enhance our local communities. Across the Midlands, we have provided valuable work experience placements and participated in sixth form careers fairs. At Greystoke Primary School, Leicester, we developed a new outdoor learning area, and we joined Glen Hills Primary in celebrating World Book Day. We also supported PaddlePlus Canoe Club near Wigston by funding and installing a life-saving defibrillator, and hosted a series of wildflower workshops across the East Midlands to encourage environmental awareness.
