Time for leadership change at CPW
LEADING MEP and sustainability firm CPW has announced the re-structuring of the East Midlands offices with the addition of four big industry names leading the way.
The Nottingham, Leicester, and Derby offices of CPW will see new leadership. Directors Carl Humpage and Carl Hubbard will run Nottingham, while director John Hauton takes the helm at the Leicester office. Craig Waldron, also a director, will continue to run Derby and support Nottingham.
Carl Humpage said: “We have been through a series of changes recently across CPW East Midlands. This change has helped us prepare for the future with a long-term strategic plan. This new plan is based on a healthy workload, and we have secured a number of new opportunities with existing and new clients in the region.
“We have also strengthened our teams in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester by adding a number of new recruits to improve our offering and quality of service.”
John Hauton and Carl Humpage have moved into the East Midlands from the West Midlands region to reinforce CPW’s ambitious growth plans. They are supporting and growing the teams and working closely with CPW’s existing client base – and also winning new key projects.
John Hauton said: “Being local and based in Leicestershire, the opportunity to run an office in my home city with my strong links to the community is a challenge I could not turn down. I am delighted to be taking on a new office again after 18 years with CPW as we continue to build the company based on the continued sustainable development of promotions from within.”
All four directors have been with CPW for more than 70 years’ combined, offering a wealth of experience and knowledge across all sectors.
CPW has grown its East Midlands offering over the past few months, recruiting more than 15 members of staff. CPW now employs 45 staff in the East Midlands across the three offices.
“We have outgrown our Nottingham office and will be moving to a larger space in the next few weeks, with Leicester following shortly after.” added Carl Humpage.
“This will be an exciting new beginning for CPW in Nottingham – and for all our East Midlands offices.
“Myself and my three co-directors are looking forward to embedding ourselves quickly into the East Midlands region. There are lots of exciting opportunities and projects in the pipeline.” said Carl.
