‘ONCE IN A CAREER OPPORTUNITY’: AMBITIOUS PARTNERSHIPS DIRECTOR TO LEAD EAST MIDLANDS GROWTH FOR LOVELL

LEADING housing and regeneration specialist Lovell, has announced its latest significant appointment, with Mark Roe joining as partnerships director in the East Midlands, with a keen eye on promoting social value and boosting the region’s growth.

Having held multiple senior roles in housing associations within the development and asset management sector, Mark brings a wealth of experience to the position. His extensive CV also includes similar high-level positions within the charitable sector, including leading on the management and business transformation of a furniture re-use charity, and working for a social enterprise focused on providing work experience and employment opportunities for young people. All of his working life has fed his passion for community initiatives, and further solidified his commitment to social value.

Most recently, he was head of delivery for emh group, where he successfully led on a number of key projects alongside Lovell – including the Henson Park, and Standard Hill developments - driving successful outcomes and building strong relationships within the wider East Midlands.

Speaking on his move, Mark said: "Over the past four years, Lovell has shown real commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable homes and creating thriving communities – something that deeply resonates with my own values. Having seen the success of partnerships firsthand, it felt like a once-in-a-career opportunity to work for such a purposeful organisation. Mark's appointment comes at a time of significant growth for Lovell in the East Midlands. The division has experienced considerable expansion in recent years, demonstrating a strong commitment to delivering much-needed affordable housing across the region.
