OFFICE UNITS ON ONE OF MARKET HARBOROUGH’S MOST POPULAR BUSINESS PARKS ARE NOW UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP FOLLOWING A DEAL FOR AN UNDISCLOSED SUM

On behalf of Patoro Properties, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, Well McFarlane has completed the acquisition of 8,000 sq ft of office space in three converted barn buildings at the Bowden Business Village, just a mile or so north of the town centre.

The deal was conducted off market and Fox Group’s Keyplan Developments Ltd and Patoro Properties have also set up a new joint venture company Keyplan Patoro Ltd to pursue further planning consents and commercial development opportunities. The Fox Group companies will continue to operate from the business village and pursue the development of their existing planning consent on other areas of the site.

Wells McFarlane has been instructed as managing agent for the office units and will be working closely with Jon Fox, his team and Patoro Properties who plan to install new EV charging points, entrance gates, additional cycle rack and soft landscaping to ensure BBV remains as appealing and sustainable workplace.
