KNIGHTS CORPORATE TEAM WELCOMES NEW PARTNER

A new partner has joined Knights' Leicester office – bolstering a team of senior corporate lawyers across the business’ Midlands offices.

Nick Crisp brings more than 15 years of experience working with national and international clients across acquisitions and disposals, investments, private equity, group restructuring, contractual issues, commercial objectives and general corporate governance. He works throughout multiple sectors including food and beverage, retail, insurance and health (dental).

Knights is getting ready for a year of growth after reporting an increase in year-end revenue and profit in a trading update last month.

Crisp said it was an exciting time for Knights, "with growth ahead and plans to develop relationships with new and existing clients".

The arrival follows a raft of new appointments across Knights' 26 offices nationwide – with more to come over the summer months.
