JMS Leicester announces move to larger premises
JMS, the national group of consulting engineers, is bolstering its presence in Leicester with a move to larger premises, as they expand to meet growing demand for their specialised civil and structural engineering services.
The new office is located within the historic Friars Mill office complex, part of the waterside regeneration project, which was completed last year.
Despite the global pandemic, which has seen many construction sites close, JMS has continued to enjoy significant business growth, with plans to open additional offices across the UK. The decision to move to a larger office is a further example of JMS’ commitment and growing presence in the Midlands region.
Lynn Clancy, Associate Director in charge of the Leicester office, explains: “Opening a larger office in Leicester builds upon our strategic plans for continued growth and development across the Midlands region. We have secured a significant number of new projects, from large-scale warehousing and retail space near Mountsorrel, to the conversion of a derelict former RAF control centre into a dream home. We are excited and optimistic about new opportunities in Leicester and the surrounding areas.”
