EVENT - Vistry Works East Midlands Factory Tour

Join us for a tour of the Vistry/Countryside MMC factory in Coalville.

Re-opened in Summer 2023 the 356,000 sq ft facility has the capacity to deliver over 6,000 homes per year. In addition to supplying new homes with open panel frames for the Group’s mixed-tenure Countryside Partnerships business and Housebuilding business, including the provision of Housing Association and PRS units, the new MMC facility will facilitate the delivery of homes to meet the Future Homes Standard which comes into operation in 2025.

The factory will also facilitate the manufacturing of other timber products including joists and trusses for the Group. Additionally, the relaunch of the Group’s MMC facility will have a positive socio-economic impact, boosting local job creation.

During the visit you will have the opportunity to tour the factory and Innovation House and hear about the facility and the benefits of MMC.

Please note that PPE is required for this visit: boots, high vis vest/jacket and safety goggles.
