Diamond Wood and Shaw 2023 Spotlight

Building on the solid foundations of ‘The Diamond Wood Partnership’ (1990-2012), DWS has grown year on year and remains committed to providing the highest levels of attention, care and professionalism in everything we do and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Ours is a service industry with no two jobs being the same - which ensures the work is challenging but interesting. Irrespective of project size or complexity, each project is approached with a level of care and professionalism, that makes the team proud to be part of DWS.

We are delighted to have been confirmed, along with our project colleagues, as a finalist in this year’s ProCon 2023 awards ‘Small Residential Scheme of the Year’. We look forward to attending the awards evening in November.

Now in our 11th year, DWS are excited by developments as the company grows - with new staff coming on board, re-structuring of the offices, utilisation of new project development software and a new website - to name a few changes.

Changes have included the retirement of Elizabeth Esvet-Adams (Office Manager), after 20 plus years of dedicated service to DWS. We want to take this opportunity to thank Liz for her outstanding contribution.

In December 2022, Jacquie Thornber (Finance and Office Manager) came on board and has been reviewing processes including re-designing the website - which is accessible at https://www.diamondwoodandshaw.co.uk/, implementing new financial systems and generally trying to keep us all in order…

We are also pleased to announce that in September 2023, Andy Kenyon has joined the company as Director (structural) and is looking forward to establishing strong working relationships with existing and new clients.
