Greg Fitzgerald, CEO of Vistry Group has recently announced that the focus and vision of the wider Group is to increase the affordable homes across the country, fulfilling unmet demand and helping to address the acute need for social housing and embracing the Partnerships model.

We have more than 60 years’ experience designing places people love and helping to build successful communities. We are committed to high quality design, construction and management creating a positive legacy for future generations.

As part of our vision, we have two well established timber frame modular panel factories for offsite manufacturing in Leicestershire. One in Narborough, Leicester and the second in Bardon, Coalville. By utilising our in-house factories, we bring together modern, efficient, and cost -effective delivery methods for our clients and partners.

Together, with our three open market brands, Linden Homes, Bovis Homes and Countryside Homes, we provide a range of housing solutions for the communities which we build in.
