Leicester City Council instructed Castle Surveys to undertake a detailed Topographic Land, Measured Building & Underground Utility Survey of Leicester Market for a regeneration scheme. We were also tasked with providing the council with a Building Information Model of the Market. Utilizing our fleet of 3D laser scanners allowed us to rapidly collect data and produce a detailed Building information model also known as Scan2BIM. Each element was modelled by our in-house Revit technicians also with LOD200 massing of the neighbouring building to produce an accurate representation of the area.

Castle Surveys were commissioned by a Leicester based architect to carry out a full measured building survey, topographic land & underground utility survey of the Old mill at Leicester college. As part of the scheme we were also asked to provide a 3D BIM model for future use.

Another large project instructed from LCC, this time it was for the future regeneration of Hospital Close. As you can see we carried out large scale topographical and 3D BIM model along with traditional 2D Floor Plans, Elevations & Section of all building on the estate.
